At present, the most important application fields of environmentally friendly ink in my country are flexographic printing, gravure printing, and screen printing. Due to the low VOC content in its solvent, it not only causes less pollution to the atmospheric environment but also reduces the residual toxicity on the surface of the printed matter.
At present, the water based printing ink in my country's flexible packaging ranks first among other printing inks with a dosage of 35%. With the development of scientific research, the variety of water based printing ink is also increasing, such as plastic ink, fluorescence water based printing ink, transparent ink, heat-resistant ink, bright ink, water-based gold and silver ink, water-based varnish ink, etc. have been applied.
