Sublimation heat transfer paper has the function of transfer printing, which can transfer the pattern to the product through temperature and pressure. Generally, it is usually used office paper without transfer function. This is the fundamental difference between the two;
Sublimation heat transfer paper, using special heat transfer ink to print various patterns on a special kind of paper, and then transfer the patterns to the product through temperature and pressure. This special paper in the heat transfer process is called sublimation heat transfer paper.
Thermal transfer process:
(1) Use a computer to process pictures
(2) Use printer and sublimation heat transfer paper to print pictures
(3) Use a small printing heat press machine to transfer pictures
Using the temperature and pressure of the heat press machine, the picture on the transfer paper is transferred to the substrate, that is, the sublimation heat transfer paper; the transfer printing paper is controlled by a certain time, temperature, and pressure, and the picture is printed on the cloth.
