4. During the printing process, due to the volatilization of water, the original viscosity and pH value of ink will be affected. It is necessary to check the viscosity and pH value frequently. When necessary, pure tap water or pH value stabilizer should be appropriately added.
5. The ink remaining on the printing equipment after printing should be rinsed with clean water, and the ink marks on the anilox roller of the printing machine can be easily cleaned with cleaning agents for the next printing service.
