Comparison with Vinyl Heat Transfer Film:
Vinyl: Vinyl heat transfer films are known for their durability, particularly in terms of resistance to cracking and fading over time. They are often more robust, especially when applied to cotton and polyester fabrics.
DTF Paper-Based: DTF films, on the other hand, offer excellent durability as well. They bond well with various fabrics, providing good resistance to washing, stretching, and general wear. However, they can sometimes be more prone to peeling or fading if not properly applied or if subjected to harsh washing conditions.
Comparison with Sublimation Transfer:
Sublimation: Sublimation transfers are extremely durable because the ink becomes part of the fabric, leading to high resistance to fading and cracking. However, sublimation is typically limited to polyester or polyester-coated substrates.
