What is the most afraid of sublimation heat transfer paper, I think it is probably the fading problem! Many newcomers to the thermal transfer industry often work hard for a while, only to find that they are all useless. So today we will talk about how to prevent the sublimation heat transfer paper from fading?
1. In pre-press inspection, first check whether the fabric itself will fade. In the absence of good inspection tools, cut a part of the fabric with transparent glass, pour boiling water above 80°C, cover it, and let it stand for 10 For more than minutes, observe the water color change.
2. Pre-press proofing, if the customer has found that the material itself has faded, notify the customer in time. If the product cannot be returned, the fabric needs to be treated with anti-sublimation.
3. The selection of anti-sublimation printing materials, if the fading phenomenon of the webbing itself is not serious, use anti-sublimation white glue and transparent to print directly. If the fading phenomenon is serious, you need anti-sublimation base ash to make the base. Sometimes it depends on whether the anti-sublimation puree is added, or the nylon transparent base is used first and then the anti-sublimation slurry is used.
4. Also, the issue of printing fastness must be considered. When choosing to printing materials, you must not be greedy for cheap and be cautious. Otherwise, the anti-sublimation effect is up to the standard, but the printing fastness is gone. Isn't it a matter of losing the other? So in many cases, it is careless.
