What is the A3 sublimation paper? Heat transfer printing is to transfer the pattern to the product through temperature and pressure. This kind of special paper in the heat transfer process is called heat transfer paper. A3 sublimation paper has a wide range of uses. What is its processing technology?
1. Melting method. The ink layer of melt transfer paper is based on dyes and waxes. Through melting and pressing, the ink layer is embedded in the fabric, and a part of the ink is transferred to the fiber, and then the corresponding post-treatment is carried out according to the nature of the dye. When using the melting method, greater pressure is required, and the dye transfer rate increases with the increase of pressure.
2. Migration method. The dye in the ink layer of the paper transferred by the migration method is selected according to the nature of the fiber. Firstly, the fabric is filled with a mixed solution composed of a fixing aid and a paste, and then the dye is transferred from the transfer printing paper to the fabric, and the color is fixed by heat and pressure migration in a wet state, and then steaming and other wet treatments are performed. When the dye is transferred, a lot of pressure is required between the fabric and the transfer paper.
3. Sublimation method. The sublimation method is general, using the sublimation characteristics of disperse dyes, using disperse dyes with a molecular weight of 250-400 and a particle size of 0.22μm, water-soluble carriers (sodium alginate, etc.) or alcohol-soluble carriers (ethylcellulose, etc.), oil Soluble resin to make ink.
